DNN Word Editor - Unbranded
By popular demand, we have removed our branding from our DNN Word Editor module, and made it easy to place your own logo in the module to make the module appear to be your own.
DNN Word Editor is DotNetNuke module to allow you to edit Text/HTML content directly in Microsoft Word 2007 and Word 2010. You can use the advanced features offered in MS Word allowing richer content more easily.
The module adds this functionality without taking away your websites existing Text/HTML editor, and gives your version controlling in versions of DNN that do not support it.

The module interacts directly with MS Word 2007, 2010, using the Click Once technology and Dot Net add in for Office 2007/10, making the install and automatic update process simple.

The Windows Presentation Foundation add in for MS Word 2007 is using the .net 3.5 layer. Automatic SP1 client side install and update is handled when the client installs the client components.

As with other Word documents, you can use the advanced features like table manipulation, SmartArt, Shapes, Picture Insert, Chart, Word Art, Symbol Equation, Templates, and much more.

Microsoft "Click Once" VSTO
|
Visual Studio Tools for Office using the MS Word plug-in VSTO technology has been used to deploy and automatically update the client side.

Advanced Word Image Control
|
Word offers advanced image manipulation, with 3D effects and conversion to transparent .png files on the fly. We have even made it so it crops image size down to the necessary resized image when saving.

Typically MS Word creates some rather unfriendly HTML code. We have specifically designed this module to strip the verbose MS code back to a clean HTML state.

Keep Existing Editor Controls

We only added additional functions. We do not remove any of the features of your existing DNN Text/HTML editor. So if you have installed an advanced editor, you can keep using the features this offers you..
